First you paint the toilet paper rolls,
Next you paint the cone for the top,
Then you hot glue them together and let dry!
If you’re us you bake cupcakes while you wait for them to dry!!
When paint is all dry and cupcakes are in the oven you attach some string to the tops for a handle and some streamers to the bottom. Run around the dinning room table with your rocket over your head screaming until the tops fall off your rocket and mom has to get the hot glue gun out again!!!
