We had an amazing weekend! Friday after Anth was done with work we hit the road. 2 1/2 hours and some pictures later we were on the opposite side of the state!! Checked into our hotel, then headed to met my cousin Joel & his wife Annie at the Dave Matthews Band concert! The concert was awesome as usual. Good weather, Good music and Good company!!
Joel & Annie had two extra tickets for the Saturday show (Jimmy & his wife Stephanie were going to be there too) but unfortunately Anthony had to get back for work Sunday morning so we had to pass them up...Maybe next year we will be able to join them for both shows!!
Before we headed home Saturday afternoon we hit the beach. We go to West Palm every year to see this concert but I had yet to go to a beach there. So we headed out to Singer Island and spent some time in the sun and sand of the Atlantic Ocean! It was beautiful!!
We had the most amazing, relaxing, refreshing, simply the most enjoyable afternoon we have had as a couple in a while. We just enjoyed each other and it was wonderful. As we were sitting there watching the amazingly blue ocean i couldn't help but think how lucky we are to have each other and the life we have together. Life truly is what you make it and I couldn't be happier with what we have made!!
( and i missed the kids like CRAZY by the time we got home)
