And Sofia has already taught me my Lesson of the day....
Don't let a 19 month old walk around with out a diaper.... I'm sure if you use your imagination you can guess what she did today!!
I took my first yoga class last night. I'm glad that I did. I enjoyed it, and I'm only a little sore this morning...nothing my chiropractor can't fix!! It was very nice to have an hour to myself, helping myself body and soul. I would recommend it to all. I would also recommend My Chiropractor to everyone too!!!!
