Girls Day in the Sun!

This morning Sofia & I dropped Lucia off at school and then headed to meet my Mom & Gram for breakfast at Calistoga's bakery!

Then we headed down to Naples Pier. What an awesome morning! We saw a dolphin , a sting ray, some fish and Sofia got a kick out of watching the pelicans diving in to the water after some food! The weather was perfect!

After we picked Lucia up from school we came home, made lunch and hit the pool for the rest of the afternoon! When Kolby got off the bus he joined us for a swim! I'm glad that Grams last day here was such an enjoyable one! Sofia can not say Gram so when she is talking to my mom she makes a funny noise like a bird...So in Sofia language that means gram, but she is calling my gram "GG" as in great gram.. It is so cute to hear her say "Hi GG" I think it made my grams last day here even better!

We had such a busy morning and afternoon we figured why stop there?? We gathered up the troops an headed to Dos Jalapenos for dinner! Does it get any better then Mexican food and Margaritas??

I'm glad you asked because YES it does! A trip to my favorite place!! ( ok my second fav. place) The book store!!

Lucia put on a little song and dance for us! Sofia relaxed and took it all in!


There is no way we could let this prefect day end with out a trip to Twisty Treat for an end of the day ice cream!!
