not sure how much it pertains to, but i was talking with the owner of the consignment shop that i deal with on tuesday and she said the bill is being re-written. so this issue shouldnt be as severe as originally stated...just thought i would let ya know!! i was devestated when i first found out that the consignment shops could all be closing...thats a second income for me!!
