Friends

I am very lucky to have found a great group of friends since we moved. We truly are like family, they love my kids as I love theirs and we always make sure that everyone is included in any fun plans that are being made. 

  

That means that whenever we do or go anywhere there are at minimum 5 littles and at maximum 10 (that is when the bigger littles want to join us!!) Add in us adults and when we are all together there are at least 18 of us!! Now that’s a good time!!

It’s not always easy to find friends who have similar parenting values as well as still know how to just let go and be themselves and have a good time. I am very lucky to have found that and even luckier that my family & I  have been welcomed into their circle of friends & family with opened arms!

Snail Season

I have heard that there are people out there who think that if you live in Florida you miss out on the change of seasons. Well after 5 years of being a Floridian I am here to tell you they are wrong. We actually have may more seasons…Just to name a few ,there is “Love bug” season ( which means your car goes from being what ever color it once was to being covered with black bugs)  , “Tree Frog” season (which means your front door is covered with little sticky frogs who like to hop in when ever you open the door), and right now we are in “Snail” season. Once the sun goes down you have to pay very close attention to where you step, because if you do not there will be a lot of crunching going on…

Let’s Bowl, Let’s Bowl, Let’s Rock & Roll!!

This is our second year of doing the kid’s bowl free summer program. We get 2 free games every day for the whole summer!! If you can’t tell from the pictures, we always have a good time at the bowling ally!!!

Zoo Members!!!

We are now Naples Zoo members!! Now we can go for an hour and not feel guilty about leaving without seeing everything because we can just go back the next day and the day after that if we want!!!

My Tiny Dancers!

The girls had their dance recital 2 weekends ago. It was Sofia’s first time on the big stage and she did AWESOME!!!!!

  I love being in the kitchen with my littles. I love the sound of them dragging their chairs over to the counter so they can reach.  I love hearing “Mama I can do this all by myself” And I especially love the smiles that come from eating and enjoying something healthy that they have made all by them selves. (well maybe with a little help, but still!!)
